For the first twelve or thirteen years of our business, "helping them send" meant providing software developers with postal addresses and phone numbers of editors of computer consumer magazines, computer trade publications, editors who write computer columns for daily newspapers, and editors in key "vertical" markets such as business and education. In August, 1997, we introduced our e-mail press release service.
